Proposal Notice Policy

In order to allow for adequate discussion, collection of pertinent background information and committee input (if required), no proposal that changes a current policy or Bylaw will be entertained at a board of directors meeting without at least two weeks’ notice or upon unanimous vote of the Board of Directors.
