United States and Caribbean Districts and Clubs
Sales of Optimist logo merchandise and other authorized official products have been contracted to an outside company which has the exclusive right to make such sales in the United States and the Caribbean. This company also has sole and exclusive authority for sales of International, District, Club lapel pins and medallions in the United States and Caribbean.
Official products are: International, District, and Club officer pins, JOI International, District, and Club officer pins; and, International, District, and Club banners, bells & gavels, and scholarship Oratorical, Essay, and CCDHH medals.
Optimist International retains the sole authority to pre-approve any such products offered to Optimist members, Clubs, Districts and non-members by this company. This company is required to pay a royalty to Optimist International for the right to make such merchandise sales to its members.
Canadian Districts and Clubs
Sales of Optimist logo merchandise and other authorized official products have been contracted to an outside company which has the exclusive right to make such sales in Canada.

Authorized Vendors
The Executive Director, at the discretion of the Board of Directors, may grant permission to vendors after applying for and paying an application fee and agreeing to pay a 10% royalty on goods sold.
Districts Supply Chairs
Each District is encouraged to appoint a District Supply Sales Chairman to be responsible for the promotion of Optimist supply sales in the District. This person is also responsible for keeping the Governor and District members apprised of the District's activity.
