To facilitate the assignment of authorized representatives for the official organizational meeting of a new Club the sponsor Club’s representative should request assignment of an authorized representative to conduct the formal organizational meeting at least five (5) business days prior to the desired organizational date by contacting the New Club Building Department and/or Executive Director.
